UTC is a little utility with only two functions: convert a Unix timestamp (seconds since January 1st 1970 to date) to a human readable DateTime format and vice versa. UpdateDates 1.1

Update file modification dates by days, hours, minutes, or seconds. Specify a single file or all files in a folder. Increase or decrease the Date Modified field of the specified files. Useful for synchronizing the date and time stamps of pictures taken with multiple cameras. Adjust timestamps for time zone differences, daylight savings time differences, and other time synchronization problems. Easy to use. Works with all file types. Free.
