ResolutionChanger 3.01

This command line application can change your desktop width, height, color depth, and refresh rate temporarily or permanently (via command line switches). You can have ResolutionChanger run another application in a specific display resolution and return to the previous resolution when the application finishes. The command lines switches let you alter only certain dimensions and choose the best refresh rate (or a specific one).

ArpCacheWatch 1.3

ArpCacheWatch monitors Windows ARP cache and allows to send an ARP request to obtain the physical address that corresponds to the specified destination IP address. The ARP cache contains IP/MAC translations so that every time an IP packet are to be sent, the MAC address doesn't have to queried through a broadcast, instead it can use the cached address.

TimerResolution is an application to change the resolution of the default windows timer. The standard timer on Windows XP can vary between 10 and 25 milliseconds. Therefore if your code uses a timer or sleep value less than the timer resolution on your system you won't be getting the results you expect
