Qualifier is a survival shooter where in order to achieve high score, you have to keep your accuracy as good as possible, kill as much enemies as possible and survive for as long as you can. Why? Because you lose HP when you let the enemies leave the left side of the screen, and when they hit you. And it is not possible to restore hp.
