Enzymes are vital to our health. They are involved in every process of the body. They digest our food break it down, carry it through the intestine walls and into the blood stream, transport it to the muscles, cells, nerves, tissues and glands of the body, and then facilitate it's conversion into new tissue and new cells. Enzymes also break down foreign objects and dispose of decaying matter, they repair tissue and cellular damage etc.

Enzymes are not, of course, the sole cause of all disease. However, they are responsible for all cellular activity, and for the break-down and elimination of waste and toxic substances. Enzymes are essential to our immune system, which relies almost entirely on enzymes to do its job.Research has shown that a weak immune system has far fewer enzymes than a strong one.
