CallApp is a call timer used to time your calls, it also integrates a handy tabbed notepad to jot your notes down. With the gathering of call statistics you can export them as Excel spreadsheets with graphed statistics. These graphed statistics include your Call Average, Not Ready Average, Time Worked, Total Hours worked as well as daily stats on top of that.
