GrFinger is a powerful fingerprint scanning/matching library. It comes in two flavours: DLL and ActiveX formats. A sample application source code is provided in many languages (VB, Delphi, .NET). Many fingerprint readers are supported, including the Microsoft Fingerprint Reader.
